Your responsibilities will include: - Having a good understanding of cloud platform, networking, and storage principles with a focus on Azure - Performing cloud administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Monitoring cloud and infrastructure services to ensure smooth operations - Managing support tickets during assigned shifts for timely issue resolution - Responding to alerts and incidents, escalating to higher-level support when necessary - Providing L1 level support during shift hours - Updating Knowledge Base (KB) articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Requesting additional information from clients to accurately diagnose and resolve issues - Acknowledging and analyzing client emails to identify and understand issues, providing clear guidance for issue resolution - Escalating complex issues to the internal L2 team and tracking the progress of escalations for prompt resolution - Handling incidents, service requests, and change requests effectively - Demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Utilizing excellent written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers Basic Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of overall operational experience - 2+ years of experience with Azure/AWS - 2+ years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment within a 24*7 production support model Preferred Certifications: - Azure Fundamentals - AWS Cloud Practitioner In addition to the above, you should hold a Four Year BS/BA in Information Technology degree or have equivalent experience.
