Network Support Engineer

As an IT Support Specialist, your role will involve installing new software and hardware such as servers, printers, and computer workstations. You will be responsible for setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords, as well as overseeing the security of all systems with a focus on internet security and antivirus protection. Your duties will also include fixing network faults, conducting network maintenance, and providing technical support to users of the network. Additionally, you will be required to perform day-to-day admin tasks and monitor network usage.
