Job Description

In this job the Network Support Engineer will provide support to our Global Networking Clients and projects in: * Deploying the customer solution and providing remote technical support. * Provide remote technical support to clients on networking and security products not limited to Versa, Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet. * Providing support in pre-sales activities, support responding on RFPs. * Building and supporting lab activities, working on customer PoC’s. * Collecting customer networking and security data and requirements and using the Health Check offering tools. * Creating technical documentation and executing on Validation and Test Activities. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise * 8 Years’ experience in Enterprise Networking, including LAN/WAN, SD WAN, SD ACCESS/ACI and Data center networking. * 6 years’ Experience as a Senior Networking engineer. * Track record of successful delivery on enterprise networking deployment. Preferred technical and professional experience * Networking CertificationsCCIE, JNCIS, JNCIP, PCNSE, CCSE, NSE7 * SD-WAN expertise
