Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage enterprise network devices, links, and services using approved tools.
Respond to network alerts and incidents promptly, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
Perform routine health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and coordinate with vendors/service providers for RCA and resolution.
Maintain and update ITSM records (ServiceNow/Remedy), SOPs, and runbooks.
Ensure network uptime, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

26 years of experience in Network Operations or NOC environment.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper devices and network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.).
Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL processes.
Basic troubleshooting of VPNs, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
