Role Summary:

Candidate will be part of the IT Command Center team, responsible for monitoring internal system dashboards and responding to network, application, and infrastructure alerts. Candidate must be proficient in technical troubleshooting, facilitating bridge lines, and engaging resources to support workloads across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Resolve and escalate production/hosting-related issues.
• Participate in network troubleshooting and incident management.
• Facilitate incident bridge lines and monitor dashboards.
• Manage tickets and support queues using ServiceNow.
• Work with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs.
• Basic Linux and cloud knowledge (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable).
• Provide support via email, phone, and bridge calls.
• Strong English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Weekend and shift flexibility required.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting in hybrid environments.
• Linux proficiency and networking basics (ping, router/firewall access).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and IT operations tools.
