Network Infrastructure Manager

As a Network Infrastructure Manager at NK Securities Research, you will play a critical role in overseeing our network operations to ensure optimal performance that supports our high-frequency trading activities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement network infrastructure in colocation for low latency exchange connectivity. - Develop scalable network architectures for inter and intra data centers. - Optimize network performance for local, wide-area, and data center networks. - Manage network hardware like switches, routers, and firewalls across multiple data centers. - Lead incident response for network issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. - Maintain tools for real-time network monitoring and performance analysis. - Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance network efficiency and reliability. - Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence. - Implement best practices for securing trading data and infrastructure. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for network architecture and configurations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent. - Familiarity with colocation data centers and exchange connectivity. - Proven experience in managing low-latency network infrastructure, preferably in the financial industry. - Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies. - Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network hardware. - Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Familiarity with cloud networking solutions and hybrid architectures. - Experience with automation tools for network configuration. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
