Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco FTD (Firepower Threat Defense) and FMC (Firepower Management Center).
Deploy and maintain Cisco security devices including ASA firewalls, ISE, IPS/IDS, and VPN solutions.
Perform regular policy tuning, rule optimization, and signature updates for threat prevention.
Analyze and respond to security incidents, alerts, and logs from Cisco and other security platforms.
Participate in network security audits, assessments, and compliance checks.
Work closely with the network operations and project teams to implement secure network architectures.
Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide L2 level support for security infrastructure and resolve escalated incidents.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco FTD & FMC.
Proficiency in managing Cisco ASA, VPNs, ACLs, and Routing Protocols.
Working knowledge of Cisco ISE, Umbrella is a plus.
Familiar with SIEM tools, packet analysis, and threat intelligence platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
