Job Description

Job Description for Network Engineer: Responsible for providing support on routers, switches and firewalls of all leading OEMs including Cisco & Juniper. Responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting and replacement of server, storage and networking devices. Diagnosing the issues and providing appropriate solutions. Responsible for generating and analyzing log reports. Coordinate with the service delivery team and help resolve issues. Work internally cross functionally with other departments to optimize customer experience. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Should be flexible to work in a 24×7 environment. Should be flexible with field work. Candidates having done in-house spare testing and troubleshooting will be an added advantage. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. Require knowledge in computer hardware parts. Hands-on on experience for Installation/Support of Networking Certificate of CCNA Experience– 1 to 2 Years Location – Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Preferred Industry: IT Hardware and Networking
