Job Description

Role Overview: As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting devices like routers, switches, and firewalls, including packet-level analysis. You will also configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate, and Cisco firewalls. Additionally, you will manage clusters of firewalls and create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) network diagrams. Your role will involve working with Cisco ISE and ACI, as well as handling VLAN, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, vPC, and VSS. Furthermore, you will be proficient in OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and static routing protocols, and have experience with F5 and Radware load balancers. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls, performing packet-level analysis. - Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate, and Cisco firewalls. - Manage clusters of firewalls. - Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) network diagrams. - Work with Cisco ISE and ACI for network management. - Handle VLAN, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, vPC, and VSS. - Proficient in OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and static routing protocols. - Experience with F5 and Radware load balancers. - Ensure network security and implement hardening processes. - Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, FTP, LDAP, SNMP, CDP, and LLDP protocols. - Implement and troubleshoot WLAN. - Support escalated calls and create Knowledge Base documents. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis and assist in compliance, network audits, ISMS, and GDPR processes. - Willingness to work 24/7 shifts. Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of relevant experience in network engineering. - Strong knowledge of network security practices. - Experience with Cisco ISE, policy, and posture assessment. - Ability to work in rotational shifts. - Understanding of compliance, network audits, ISMS, and GDPR is advantageous.
