Description
Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN/SD-WAN networks, including structured cabling • Configure and support network infrastructure: routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, etc.) • Deploy and maintain AV/Boardroom/VC solutions integrated with enterprise networks • Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and post-deployment stages • Perform vulnerability assessments, patch management, and network hardening • Monitor and ensure uptime of data center components, VPNs, backup systems, and cloud-hybrid setups • Guide junior engineers in client handling, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance standards • Support ISO 27001/GRC activities in coordination with compliance partners ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics (or equivalent experience) • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and infrastructure deployment • Proficiency with Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, HPE Aruba, and other OEM technologies • Strong knowledge of routing protocols, VLANs, NAT, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks • Experience in managing cloud-connected infrastructure (AWS/Azure preferred) • Familiarity with ISO 27001 / SOC2 frameworks is a strong plus • Excellent troubleshooting skills and client-facing communication • Certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, NSE, or equivalent
