Job Description

As a Network Engineer Tier-3 at unifyCX, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting WiFi networks using Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik equipment. Your responsibilities will include configuring network devices, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network security compliance. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation, providing user support, and staying updated with the latest networking trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, deploy, and manage WiFi networks using Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik equipment. - Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable connectivity. - Maintain routers, switches, and access points. - Setup and configure network devices following organizational standards. - Implement and maintain network security measures. - Maintain network documentation and prepare reports on network performance. - Manage communication across voice and non-voice channels. - Collaborate with field technicians and customer service teams to resolve network problems efficiently. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field. - Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of networking principles and hands-on experience with Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik devices. - Proficiency in WiFi networking concepts and troubleshooting tools. - Ability to work fixed USA day shifts, handle customer calls, and send mass communication updates. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
