Key Responsibilities: - Configure, deploy, and manage WiFi networks using Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik equipment. - Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable connectivity. - Assist senior network engineers in maintaining network infrastructure. - Participate in network device setup and configuration. - Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with policies. - Maintain accurate network documentation and prepare performance reports. - Provide technical support to end-users and collaborate with the support team. - Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and pursue relevant certifications. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field. - Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology. - Fundamental knowledge of networking principles and experience with Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik devices. - Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to work in a fixed USA Day shift, including weekends. Preferred Skills: - Hands-on experience with network configuration and management. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and basic scripting knowledge.
