As a Senior Networking Engineer at unifyCX, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting network infrastructure while ensuring stable and secure connectivity for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - **Network Maintenance & Support:** - Configure, deploy, and manage WiFi networks using Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik equipment. - Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable connectivity. - Maintain routers, switches, and access points. - **Network Configuration:** - Setup and configure network devices following organizational standards. - Implement and maintain network security measures for compliance. - Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches. - **Documentation & Reporting:** - Maintain up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams and configurations. - Prepare reports on network performance, downtime analysis, and optimization plans. - **User Support:** - Manage communication channels like email, chat, and calls. - Collaborate with field technicians and customer service teams to resolve issues efficiently. - Handle inbound and outbound calls to troubleshoot network problems. - Send mass communication updates to stakeholders regarding network status. In this role, you will need: - **Experience**: 3 to 5 years in network engineering or related field. - **Educational Background**: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or related field. - **Technical Skills**: - Strong knowledge of networking principles. - Hands-on experience with Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik devices. - Proficiency in WiFi networking concepts. - Expertise in network troubleshooting tools. You must: - Be open to working a fixed USA day shift, including weekends. - Have skills in outbound customer calls and handling inbound calls. - Ability to send mass communication related to network status updates.
