If you're confident working with switches, routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN setups, and solving real-time IT issues, we’d love to meet you! 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and troubleshoot network devices – switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls Set up, monitor, and resolve issues in LAN, WAN, and PAN environments Install, configure, and support Windows/Linux operating systems Perform network diagnostics and minimize downtime Provide desktop-level support, including OS installation and basic hardware troubleshooting Configure and manage CCTV systems, including camera setup and NVR integration Visit client locations (primarily in Bangalore) for on-site deployments and support Maintain up-to-date documentation of network topologies, IP schemes, and changes Assist with firewall configuration and enforcement of security policies Collaborate with both internal and client-side teams to resolve IT challenges effectively ✅ Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in a core networking role Strong hands-on knowledge of Layer 2 & Layer 3 switch/router configuration Experience with firewall setup and management (Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, etc.) Proficient in LAN, WAN, PAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting Working knowledge of CCTV systems and desktop IT support Solid understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, NAT Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Strong communication and documentation skills CCNA certification is a plus 🎯 Preferred TraitsPassionate about networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management Open to learning and working with new technologies Willingness to travel locally for client visits and on-site tasks Certifications like MCSA, Fortinet NSE, and CompTIA Network+ are an added advantage 🌟 What You'll gain Real-world experience across diverse IT environments and industries Exposure to enterprise-grade IT and security solutions (including many Gartner- or MITRE-ranked products) A fast-moving, supportive culture that promotes continuous learning and upskilling Clear opportunities to grow into roles focused on advanced networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure architecture
