System Administrator

We're looking for a proactive and curious System Administrator who enjoys solving real-world IT problems. If you're someone who loves troubleshooting, working on the field, and learning new technologies regularly, you’ll fit right in.   What You’ll Do ·      Set up and troubleshoot desktop systems (Windows/Linux) ·      Install and maintain network printers, barcode printers, and scanners ·      Handle network issues – switches, routers, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN ·      Troubleshoot and support CCTV systems ·      Configure managed switches and create VLANs ·      Set up video conferencing systems ·      Visit client locations (mostly in Bangalore) for IT support and implementation ·      Help configure and manage firewalls ·      Set up and support SSL VPN and Remote VPNs ·      Work closely with teams to quickly resolve any IT issues   What We’re Looking For Good experience with desktop setup, networking, and basic hardware support Hands-on with managed switches and VLAN creation Know-how of firewall configuration is a big plus Understanding of SSL and remote VPNs Familiarity with network security concepts Comfortable speaking with clients and providing support on-site   Why Join Us You'll work with top IT security tools – many used by companies listed in Gartner or MITRE Lots of learning!
