Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux servers and workstations.
Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
Perform user account creation, password resets, and basic system administration tasks.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewall operations under guidance.
Support IT asset management, inventory, and documentation of IT systems.
Assist in system updates, patch management, and antivirus configuration.
Troubleshoot and escalate unresolved technical issues to senior administrators.
Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance policies.

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls (basic level).
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification:

BE/ BTech / MTech/ MCA / MSc
Any relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+/A+ (added advantage).
