Network Engineer L2

As a Network Engineer L2 at BOB Capitals, your role will involve managing and maintaining LAN and WAN network infrastructure across multiple office locations. You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Palo Alto Firewalls and related network security systems. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of all network systems, performing root cause analysis for incidents, and implementing preventive measures. You will collaborate with internal IT and vendor teams for escalations and project support, maintain detailed documentation of network topology and configuration changes, and provide L2 technical support and mentorship to junior engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain LAN and WAN network infrastructure across multiple office locations. - Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and related network security systems. - Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all network systems. - Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures. - Collaborate with internal IT and vendor teams for escalations and project support. - Maintain detailed documentation of network topology and configuration changes. - Provide L2 technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.
