Job Title:

• Lead and own end-to-end implementation of network solutions within defined project timelines
• Implement and support complex architectures designed by solution engineers
• Collaborate with customers and internal technical teams to understand requirements and align solutions
• Build strong customer relationships and develop a deep understanding of customer environments
• Provide technical guidance aligned with customer needs and industry best practices
• Act as

  Tier-1 SME

  for escalations; assist operational support teams with troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Communicate customer expectations clearly to internal teams
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions, maintenance planning, and complex procedure documentation
• Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation for internal and customer use

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline

• 3 t4 years of hands-on networking experience

• At least

  one Cisco certification

  (CCNA / CCNP / CCIE or equivalent)
