Certification: CCNA /CCNP

Technical knowledge:

1. Customer-specific designated support at network level to troubleshoot and resolve networking problems.
2. Dedicatedly monitor and review the network.
3. Effectively work with multi-functional teams to resolve major customer issues.
4. Ability to grasp network design concepts quickly and be able to provide the right solutions to the clients.
5. Effectively craft and validate planned changes to software and hardware design.
6. Deliver high level technical assistance and troubleshooting for resolving critical production issues for strategic customers.
7. Respond to network management system alarms according to established processes.
8. Flexibility in working hours to work in a 24x7 environment.
9. Data Center Nexus Routing & Switching is mandatory.
10. Strong hands-on skills in Cisco Nexus Technologies (vPC,vDC,STP,vRF, BGP,EIGRP,OSPF)
11. Good knowledge on Cisco ACI Technologies (Tenants, EPGs, BDs, vRFs)
12. Experience in product lines like Nexus 9000 switches.
13. Comfortable using tools like Solarwind, Cisco DCNM(desired).
14. Cisco certifications is mandatory CCNA (R&S/DC).
15. Preferred Expertise:
16. Ability to handle data center ACI complex troubleshooting (added advantage).
17. Good understanding in overall data center infrastructure (Server,Firewall,LoadBalancer) (added advantage).
