Network Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Additionally, you will need to travel across India for project-related tasks. Your role will involve planning and implementing network infrastructure in alignment with business requirements. You will also be tasked with installing and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems and ensuring the high availability and reliability of network services. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. - Travel Pan India for project-related activities. - Plan and implement network infrastructure according to business needs. - Perform installations and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems, including cameras, NVR/DVR units, and network connectivity. - Ensure high availability and reliability of network services by proactively identifying issues and applying fixes. - Monitor network performance and conduct regular audits for optimal system functioning. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely procurement and support. - Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and system logs. - Implement security measures like firewalls and VPNs to safeguard network infrastructure. - Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve escalated issues. - Train and guide junior IT/network staff as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in configuring and managing network devices. - Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems installation and maintenance. - Strong understanding of network security measures like firewalls and VPNs. - Ability to troubleshoot network issues effectively. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Willingness to travel for project requirements.,
