- Technical Knowledge and experience on Routing, Switching and Wireless technologies and fix layer 2 and layer 3 issues
- Analysis, Update and closing of Service desk ticket on time to target 99.99 % SLT per month- Raising service request call with AMC vendor to fix the hardware issues with production devices and change requests on need basis- Monitoring Health status of the network and Capturing Network Utilization statistics- Updating the network Documentation- Active participation in Day to Day activities and Week end changes- Exhibit ability to work with the peer teams and resolve the issues
