Mode of Work : Work From Office
Shift : Australian Time Zone
NP : Immediate
Location : Hyderabad
  • Should have Good Communication skill
  • Should have Min 1 to 4 years’ experience
  • Ready to work 24/7 support and rotational shifts
  • Immediate to 15 days Notice Period

Technical Experience :-

  • Should have experience in Global support.
  • Experience in monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS
  • Experience in Monitoring and working experience on Cisco R & S, Cisco/ HP Aruba/ Ruckus Wireless, WAN Links,
  • Monitoring ISP Links, Bandwidth Utilization of LAN/WAN Links
  • Provide the bandwidth/Availability trend reports to customer
  • Monitoring Alerts/notifications configured in monitoring tools
  • Monitoring Availability, Untilization of Network gear
  • L1 tasks like VLAN Creation, Port mapping, User Mapping & connectivity, DHCP, Wireless Connectivity issues etc..
  • ISP & Third-party coordination for troubleshooting issues
  • Preparing availability, utilization reports
  • Adhere and follow ITIL process (incident, problem, and change & configuration management).
