Job Description

Key Responsibilities Overseas Agent Development

Identify, onboard, and manage overseas freight forwarding agents across key trade lanes.
Build strong long-term partnerships for import, export, and cross-trade shipments.
Negotiate buy rates, commercial terms, and service agreements with agents.
Support sales with spot rates, RFQs, and tenders (Air / Sea / Land).
Act as the main coordination point between overseas agents, sales, and operations teams.
Ensure smooth execution as per SOPs, transit times, and service commitments.
Monitor agent performance, pricing competitiveness, and service quality.
Handle agent communication, escalations, disputes, and documentation.
Maintain agent records, contracts, rate sheets, and coordinate with finance on payments.
