with an interest in power systems, control technology, or electrical engineering.As our
Network Controller
, you’ll work in TLC’s control room — the nerve centre of our electricity network — monitoring, analysing, and managing live systems to ensure power is delivered safely and efficiently across the region.You’ll gain hands-on experience with
SCADA systems
, coordinate planned outages, and play a key part in restoring power when faults occur. You’ve Got a Great Start In Your Electrical Journey And You’re Ready To Turn Your Learning Into Real-world Impact
- A tertiary qualification in Electrical, Power, or Network Engineering (or related field)
- An interest in systems monitoring, data analysis, or control technologies
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
- A proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude
Bonus If You Have
- 1–2 years’ experience in the electricity or energy industry
- A Level 4 Electricity Supply Network Controller qualification or Electrical Registration
- Experience working in process-driven or critical operations environments
