Job Description MĆ te t Ć« ranga | About the Role Weâre on the hunt for an experienced Communications Advisor help us tell the stories of TLCâour people, our projects and our impact in the community. This isnât an entry-level gigâweâre looking for someone with practical, hands-on experience who can hit the ground running. Youâll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging internal and external communications, with a strong focus on digital storytelling across a range of channels. Youâll manage our digital platforms (like the website, intranet, and social media), and create compelling contentâwritten, visual, and video. Whether itâs a staff story, a community highlight or a complex business update, youâll know how to craft the right message and make it land. Desired Skills And Experience NÄ t Äu rourou | What youâll bring: At least 3â5 years of professional communications experience - this is essential. Outstanding written English skillsâgrammar nerds, we see you - and we want you! Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator at an intermediate level; Photoshop basics a plus). Proven ability to create engaging content across written, visual and digital formats. Experience developing and delivering communications plans A solid understanding of social and mainstream media platforms and how to use them strategically. Bonus points for: Experience with photography and/or video production/editing. Familiarity with mainstream media and writing media releases. Working knowledge of SharePoint and/or WordPress.
