Network Analyst

As an integral part of Avient Corporation, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and administering the global cloud collaboration service and infrastructure environments. Your primary focus will be on platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Digital Cloud Workplace Support. By providing project management for complex collaboration integrations, installations, and upgrades, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of Avient's global cloud services. Your duties will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues identified through monitoring platforms, calls, service desk, and vendor tickets within established SLAs. Acting as a liaison between end users and IT teams, you will provide documentation for projects, systems, and knowledgebase articles. Maintaining relationships with IT vendors and participating in the IT strategic process will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. With 3-7 years of professional experience in supporting and configuring systems like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, you should have leadership experience in project management and coordination. Microsoft Administration or Engineer level certifications are required, with advanced certifications being beneficial. Your ability to work independently within global virtual teams, follow instructions accurately, and adapt to varying regional time zones will be essential. Flexibility for off-hours support, weekend on-call status, and potential global travel up to 10% is expected.
