Job Description

Responsibilities

Should have work experience with Cisco Switches, Fortinet and Aruba products (FortiAnalyzer, Fortigate Firewall, Aruba network devices with Wifi infra)
Troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
Knowledge on SDWAN, TACTAC, NOC tolls
ITIL Process Documenting, and enforcing system standards
Should have a knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Switching(STP,VPC, HSRP) Routing(Static, OSPF and BGP) and Firewalls (UTM features) polices.
Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations, Flow diagrams and network layouts.
working closely with Support team to solve user related network issues. Provide remote support to users.
Knowledge on NMS tools(SolarWinds)
Perform network device installation and Firmware / IOS upgrade.
Knowledge on packet sniffer tools(Wireshark)

Qualifications

8 years of Network/ Security engineering –experience
BTech( CSC, IT & ECE) graduates.
Available to work 24x7 ( IST Time Zone 4PM to 7AM - UK and US shifts)
