Eligibility:CCNP certification (mandatory)Minimum 5+ years of relevant experienceRole SummaryThe Network Administrator will manage and support the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth network operations, system administration, and user support.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewallsTroubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure smooth internet accessImplement network security policies (firewalls, antivirus, access controls)Hands-on experience with firewalls: Sophos, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Cisco, SonicWallConfigure & troubleshoot CCTV cameras and VOIP phonesSupport servers (Windows/Linux), backups, and email systemsProvide IT support for web hosting, SSL installation, and conferencing systemsMaintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and complianceFlexibility to work on weekends/holidays if requiredSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNFamiliarity with Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, MS Office, Google WorkspaceAdvanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills to support non-technical users
