Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure smooth internet access Implement network security policies (firewalls, antivirus, access controls) Hands-on experience with firewalls: Sophos, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Cisco, SonicWall Configure & troubleshoot CCTV cameras and VOIP phones Support servers (Windows/Linux), backups, and email systems Provide IT support for web hosting, SSL installation, and conferencing systems Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and compliance Flexibility to work on weekends/holidays if required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, MS Office, Google Workspace Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication skills to support non-technical users
