Key responsibilities

Exp - 6- 8 years

Primary Skill / Mandatory skills

Cisco ISE
SDA
ACI
Advanced Routing & switching
Data Center Network

Secondary Skill - Wireless, DDI

Experienced in Production Network Environment of an large enterprise impacting 100+ users
Handling Data Centre Network Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications
Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets
Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes
Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning
Technical Transition & Documentation skills (Onsite to Offshore)
Design, Migration and upgradation of existing infrastructure
Provide input for Weekly and monthly status reports
Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis
Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.
Work on the service improvement programs.
Take UP technical training program on multi-vendor SD WAN technologies.
