We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our team in Kochi/ Bangalore. This role is of primary importance as we focus on developing and enhancing our network security to safeguard client and company data. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage secure and reliable network systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data protection protocols.
• Regularly perform network security assessments and recommend improvements.
• Manage and update hardware and software resources to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external consultants to align network security strategies with organizational goals.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and changes for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in networking, IT administration, and implementing cybersecurity measures.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, VPNs, and endpoint security.
• Proficiency in tools and technologies related to network monitoring and cybersecurity.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based networking and security solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• 1 VMware server Administration Creating virtual machine and maintain VMware ESXi infrastructure, Monitoring, troubleshooting and capacity planning of VMware ESXi environment, provide technical guidance to other VMware users.
• 2 Configure and manage firewall with VPN setup and Troubleshooting.
• 3 Configure and manage network attached storage (NAS)
• 4 Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
• 5 Configuring network printer and sharing it on to the network.
• 6 Ensure DVR and cameras are working properly and recording.
• 7 Employee fingerprint registration for punching on biometric device and software
• 8 IT Asset management and IT auditing.
• 9 performance monitoring and optimize performance by deleting temp & recent file on computer and removing another unwanted file.
• 10 Installation of operating system such as windows os, windows server os, Ubuntu, etc.
• 11 Provide support for all software and application installations such as office outlook, etc.
• 12 Responsible for software license renewals.
• 13 365 account administration including licensing.
• 14 Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
• 15 Basic computer & Laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• 16 Installation & upgrading laptop hardware and computer peripherals.
