Job Description :

• Travel Logistic Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our computer systems and technology infrastructure.
• This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset to support and secure our growing IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of computer systems and networks.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute IT strategies.

Core Duties:

• Secure and operate core computer systems across the organization.
• Contribute to planning and implementing new systems and upgrades.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure effective backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Train and support staff on IT tools and best practices.
• Conduct periodic system audits and generate reports.
• Manage the IT support team and departmental operations.
• Stay current with emerging IT technologies and trends.

Compensation: Decent hike on current/last CTC, aligned with industry standards.
