Job Description

We are seeking an ONSITE IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to assist with Casual Freelancing tasks in your local area. If you are interested in contractual work, you will have the opportunity to earn on an hourly or daily/half-day basis. Tasks will be assigned based on your location, and you can provide support according to your availability, including weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities will include handling L1 & L2 IT/Networking tasks such as desktop support, hardware installation and replacement for Servers/Racks, and offering on-site assistance for remote support (e.g., console access to Router/Switch/Firewall). The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and Support for third-party applications on Windows Platforms - Certification in IT Infrastructure Library & Windows Server Administration, with a focus on utilizing programming techniques for various initiatives - Basic knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, troubleshooting wireless LAN and Ethernet desktop configuration issues, as well as subnetting - Technical troubleshooting experience with iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices If you are a skilled IT professional with a passion for providing top-notch support, we would like to hear from you.,
