· Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
· Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
· Troubleshoot network issues and outages and provide timely resolutions.
· Implement and maintain network security measures including firewalls, access control, antivirus, and VPNs.
· Perform regular network maintenance and system upgrades (patches, service packs, etc.).
· Maintain documentation for network configurations, policies, and procedures.
· Manage IP address schema and DNS/DHCP settings.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for installation and maintenance.
· Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
· Provide technical support to end users and other IT team members.
· Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
