NetSuite Consultant with OneSource Tax experience

As the primary liaison between finance/tax stakeholders and technical teams for NetSuite and OneSource, your role is crucial in analyzing business processes to identify system enhancements or automation opportunities. You will be responsible for supporting tax configuration and validation in OneSource, including indirect tax rules, jurisdictions, and rates. Additionally, you will play a key role in system testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution for tax calculations and ERP processes. Collaborating on tax determination logic and ensuring accurate transaction tax posting in NetSuite are also important aspects of your responsibilities. Effective communication of business requirements to technical organizations and vice versa is expected from you. Regular communication on project status with all affected areas and providing support to the Finance organization, especially during month end and quarter end, is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes to identify system enhancements or automation opportunities - Support tax configuration and validation in OneSource - Assist in system testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution for tax calculations and ERP processes - Collaborate on tax determination logic and ensure accurate transaction tax posting in NetSuite - Communicate business requirements to technical organizations effectively - Provide regular project status updates and support to the Finance organization during month end and quarter end Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Info Systems discipline - 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP (Finance/Procurement/Order-to-Cash) - 2+ years of experience working with OneSource (Indirect Tax preferred) - Understanding of tax configuration, compliance processes, and ERP integrations - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Experience in data mapping, system integrations, and process documentation - Preferred experience with SuiteTax or SuiteTax API in NetSuite - Familiarity with Coupa or other procurement tools is a plus - Experience with system implementation or upgrades will be beneficial - Effective communicator who excels in a collaborative team setting - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills,
