.Net-Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain applications and services using 

  C#/.NET

  .
• Design and implement interfaces for industrial protocols (

  Serial

  ,

  RS485, TCP/IP, MODBUS

  ) for device communication.
• Build reusable components using advanced 

  C# features

   (generics, delegates, lambda functions, LINQ, Dictionary, etc.).
• Implement robust asynchronous operations utilizing 

  async/await

  , tasks, and multi-threading.
• Integrate and interface with Python scripts/libraries as part of system workflows or automation.
• Lead technical reviews, mentor junior developers, and conduct code walkthroughs.
• Guide, train, and motivate junior engineers, ensuring best practices and strong technical growth.
• Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
• Collaborate with hardware and IT teams for end-to-end project delivery.
• Document technical solutions for scalable, maintainable systems.

Key Requirements

• 5–7 years

   of professional experience in C# and .NET Framework/Core development.
• Strong working knowledge of 

  Python

   for automation or system integration tasks.
• Proven expertise implementing communication protocols (

  RS485, TCP/IP, MODBUS

  ).
• Deep knowledge of asynchronous programming, lambda functions, and data structures (Dictionary, List, custom collections).
• Strong experience using LINQ, lambda expressions, delegates, and modern C# constructs.
• Experience integrating Python with .NET applications is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Exposure to recruiting, interviewing, or onboarding engineering talent.
