Job Description:We are looking for an experienced .Net Developer / Lead to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and developing scalable applications using Microsoft technologies, along with leadership skills to mentor teams and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .Net Core / ASP.Net / C#.Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.Work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid model.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills:Strong programming skills in C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, Web API, Entity Framework.Experience with SQL Server / database design and optimization.Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) preferred.Proficiency in frontend technologies (Angular / React / JavaScript) is a plus.Solid understanding of OOPS, Design Patterns, and Microservices architecture.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Education:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Pay: ₹612,937.27 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
