About the Role

We are hiring .NET Full Stack Developers and Team Leads to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application development with strong technical expertise, and for Lead positions, proven capabilities in people and project management.

Skills & Technology Stack

Front-end: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Razor, AngularJS, Angular, React
Back-end: .NET, MVC, Web API, Node.js
Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Full-stack / Integration: .NET + Angular/React, MVC + Razor + Web API

Responsibilities

For Developers (2+ years):

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET, Angular/React, MVC, and Web API.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Debug and resolve application issues.

For Senior Developers / Team Leads (5+ years):

• Provide technical leadership on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Take ownership of projects from planning to deployment.
• Mentor juniors, assign tasks, and conduct performance tracking.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, BAs, and design teams for smooth delivery.
• Lead sprints, manage backlogs, and work with tools like JIRA/Trello.
• Ensure high code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce version control (Git).
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years (Developer) / 5+ years (Lead) of experience in application development.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET, MVC, Web API, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL.
• For Lead role – proven experience in team management, Agile practices, and project ownership.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
