(Computer Sciences/Electronics) or M-Tech degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, architecture, and project management is required. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans for customer reviews using Microsoft Project tool, creating detailed development work-breakdown structures for the team, and handling project estimation and feasibility. You should have experience in risk management and developing mitigation plans to ensure that project milestones are met by making proactive decisions during the project lifecycle. Your role will also involve guiding and mentoring team leaders, designers, and developers in solving their technical and personal problems. It is essential to have a good understanding of Project Management tools like MS Project or Enterprise Architect and knowledge of processes like CMMI, XML. Experience in designing business models using UML and strong skills in RDBMS, particularly in MS SQL Server 2000 or later versions, are also required.,
