**Job Description** **Role Overview:** You will be joining Easyrewardz as a Sr. Software Engineer, focusing on innovation and change. In this role, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to creating the best loyalty solutions of tomorrow. Easyrewardz is using leading-edge technology to build loyalty solutions that cater to a wide range of customer needs and preferences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software web applications using .NET Core. - Code, test, debug, and support all types of enterprise web applications in line with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. - Implement and maintain .NET Core-based middle layer/services applications following established processes. - Ensure adherence to best coding practices for high-performance data processing backend applications. - Identify and resolve production and non-production application issues, providing optimal solutions to the team. - Fine-tune and optimize applications developed in .NET Core projects, including conducting periodic code reviews. - Provide technical support and consultation for .NET Core backend applications and deployment-related queries. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in WCF/Web Services or REST API using C#.NET Core. - Hands-on experience (using HTTPS) in .NET Core-based Windows Services for at least 1 year. - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server (2012 or 2014) and writing high-performance SQL queries. - Familiarity with Message Queue systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar for message queue-based architecture development. - Experience in Distributed Cache Management using Redis Cache, MemCached, or similar technologies is preferable. - Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, Web API, SQL, MVC Framework, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and .NET Core. **Additional Details:** Easyrewardz offers industry-agnostic cloud-based CRM, Loyalty, and Conversational Commerce solutions to facilitate seamless omnichannel customer experiences.
