Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate, located in Pune. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers to address their needs, solving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
