Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated .NET Developer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial services, strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, and a good understanding of fintech and stock market domains. We are especially looking for female candidates who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust .NET applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Work on integrating backend systems with user-facing applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
  • Follow SDLC best practices and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders across IT and business to gather and understand requirements.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a .NET Developer in financial services or fintech domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, API development, TDD, and unit testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across IT and business teams.

Good to have skills:

  • Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
  • Exposure to AWS Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with databases like MSSQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Domain knowledge in Stock Loan, Collateral Margining, and Swaps .
