We are looking for a .NET Application Support Engineer with a strong background in C#/.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and front-end technologies like React and TypeScript. The role involves providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements for enterprise applications in an Agile environment. You'll collaborate with developers, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure stability, performance, and timely resolution of issues.
Provide L2/L3 application support for .NET-based enterprise systems
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Collaborate with development teams for defect fixes and minor enhancements
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
Maintain documentation for support processes and resolutions
Support deployment and release activities using CI/CD tools
Must have
3-5 years of experience with C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, SQL Server
Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and OOP concepts
Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management (ITIL)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Nice to have
Experience with Control-M, Octopus Deploy
Background in front office systems or capital markets (especially FX)
Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Rally, Confluence)
