Needed Quantitative Developer (Work from Home)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills: Python, C++, or Java (Python preferred for modeling/backtesting).
• Solid understanding of quantitative finance, market microstructure, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading platforms (MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, TradingView, Binance API, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, SQL).
• Experience with strategy research, development, backtesting, and live deployment.
• Knowledge of risk management techniques, slippage, and execution algorithms.
• Familiarity with order routing, FIX protocols, and exchange APIs.
• Good understanding of machine learning or predictive modeling (optional but a plus).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Finance

• Proven track record of developing profitable trading strategies.
• Ability to convert trader ideas into technical code independently.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
