Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Government Relations and Relationship Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engaging with bureaucrats and government stakeholders, driving strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless project delivery through internal and external collaboration.


  1. Relationship Building:

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior bureaucrats and government officials to foster trust and collaboration.
  2. Strategic Engagement:

    Develop strategies to engage with various government stakeholders, support ongoing initiatives, and identify new partnership opportunities.
  3. Internal Liaison:

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects aligned with government requirements.
  4. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:

    Address challenges proactively and resolve conflicts to maintain smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
  5. Executive Communication:

    Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for CXO-level audiences; draft clear and impactful internal and external communications, including notes and official correspondence.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12+years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, or related roles.
  • Proven client-facing experience with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and execution with government bodies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including drafting, noting, and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Deep understanding of government processes, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in managing high-level stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the organization at senior forums.
