Missions Principales Le médecin PCI assurera, en collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe PCI les différentes missions confiées légalement à savoir : Coordonner le développement, la mise en œuvre et le suivi, à travers l’hôpital, d’une stratégie relative à l’hygiène hospitalière Assurer l’application des précautions générales ayant pour objet de prévenir la transmission des germes infectieux Assurer l’application des précautions additionnelles pour les patients infectés afin d’endiguer la transmission de maladies infectieuses Assurer la surveillance des infections associées aux soins à l’aide d’indicateurs permettant d’en suivre et d’en corriger l’incidence au sein de l’établissement Coordonner la mise sur pied d’une stratégie de lutte contre les épidémies Veiller à l’application des mesures et protocoles d’hygiène dans le cadre d’activités hospitalières telles que la construction ou la transformation des infrastructures, les activités au quartier opératoire, l’achat de matériel Veiller à la mise en œuvre des directives et recommandations rédigées par des organismes officiels tels que le Conseil Supérieur de la Santé (CSS) Participer à l’échange avec d’autres établissements d’informations et de l’expérience acquise, dans le cadre d’une plate-forme de collaboration en matière d’hygiène hospitalière au sens de l’article 56, 3, de l’A.R. du 25 avril 2002 relatif à la fixation et à la liquidation du budget des moyens financiers des hôpitaux Assurer la conception d’un plan stratégique général et d’un plan d’action annuel en matière de prévention et contrôle des infections et d’hygiène hospitalière Participer à l’enseignement des bonnes pratiques d’hygiène hospitalière destiné aux étudiants en médecine, au corps médical et paramédical Participer activement à la démarche qualité de l’institution et collaborera étroitement avec les acteurs de la cellule qualité et la direction du département infirmier Profil Etre titulaire d’un master en médecine ou de pharmacien biologiste Avoir suivi une formation complémentaire (certificat inter-universitaire en Belgique ou master) en hygiène hospitalière de minimum 300h dans les domaines suivants : infections hospitalières (prévention et contrôle, aspects de microbiologie, d’infectiologie et d’épidémiologie), législation en matière d’hygiène hospitalière, agents antimicrobiens et politique antibiotique), Concernant la formation spécifique en Prévention et contrôle des infections et Hygiène hospitalière, si le candidat ne l’a pas encore suivie, pouvoir s’engager à s’inscrire à la prochaine session ouverte et à obtenir son diplôme dans les deux ans suivant le début de la formation Une expérience de terrain en matière de prévention des infections associées aux soins est un atout Avoir de bonnes capacités à communiquer efficacement avec les professionnels de la santé à tous les niveaux Avoir une aisance relationnelle, une facilité à aller vers les autres y compris des collaborateurs de l’institution exerçant des professions non médicales Avoir de solides compétences en leadership et en gestion de projet Avoir des aptitudes à gérer les risques et à apporter des réponses nuancées en fonction des contraintes locales Avoir de bonnes capacités à gérer les situations de crise (gestion du stress, capacité à prendre des décisions rapides) Avoir de bonnes capacités à traiter des informations sensibles et confidentielles Avoir de bonnes capacités à convaincre avec diplomatie les différents intervenants de la nécessité d’appliquer les recommandations en matière de prévention des infections y compris les directions Avoir d'excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes Maîtriser les logiciels d'analyse de données et de surveillance des infections Avoir une aisance à s’inscrire dans une culture d’évaluation et de feed-back Avoir de solides compétences organisationnelles Avoir la volonté de s’intégrer comme pair au sein d’une équipe infirmière Avoir de bonnes capacités à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe Avoir de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles en termes de procédures Pouvoir respecter les valeurs institutionnelles Offre Nous Vous Offrons Une convention sous statut d’indépendant. Fonction En tant qu'ingénieur HVAC pour les CHU Helora, votre mission principale sera de dimensionner les installations de chauffage, de climatisation, de ventilation et tout autre installation nécessaire. Vous remplirez cette mission dans différents cadres et notamment la rénovation de bâtiments existants tant hospitaliers que pour le pôle 23 ou la construction de nouveaux bâtiments.
