Fonction Le collaborateur du Service Desk du département informatique est chargé de la gestion complète de l’ensemble du parc bureautique (installation, mise à jour, …) et du support de 1er niveau aux utilisateurs pour l’ensemble de leurs outils informatiques (support et déploiement des applications métier).
