Naval Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in conceptual and detailed design of marine and offshore vessels.
• Conduct

  stability, hydrostatic, and hydrodynamic

  calculations and analyses.
• Develop

  3D models, drawings, and technical documentation

  using marine design software.
• Coordinate with

  shipyards, project teams, and classification societies

  (ABS, DNV, IRS, etc.).
• Support vessel

  modifications, conversions, and construction reviews

  .
• Ensure designs meet

  safety, class, and environmental

  standards.

Mandatory Qualifications

• This position is strictly for candidates holding a degree in Naval Architecture.

• Education:

  B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Naval Architecture (no other disciplines will be considered).

• Experience:

  0 to 8+ years in ship design, structural/hydrodynamic analysis, or related naval architecture work.

• Software Knowledge:

  AutoCAD, Maxsurf, Rhino, GHS, or equivalent tools.

• Passport:

  Must hold a valid passport.

• Availability:

  Willing to

  join immediately

  or

  at the earliest possible date

  .

• Mobility:

  Must be

  open to travel to Abu Dhabi

  and

  relocation

  as per project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  offshore support vessels, barges, or tugboats

  is an advantage.
• Good understanding of

  stability, hydrostatics, and hydrodynamics,

  candidates with strong fundamentals in these areas will be

  given full support and training

  to grow further.
• Willingness to

  learn, adapt, and take on new challenges

  in vessel design and offshore engineering.
• Interest in

  green ship design

  and

  marine sustainability

  .
• Strong

  analytical, teamwork, and communication skills

  .
