Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments and consultations for guests/patients based on naturopathy principles.
• Diagnose and design personalized treatment plans using modalities such as hydrotherapy, mud therapy, diet therapy, fasting, yoga, and lifestyle correction.
• Supervise and guide the therapy team in delivering treatments with the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with dieticians, yoga experts, and other wellness professionals to ensure integrated treatment approaches.
• Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle modification, and natural healing practices.
• Engage in

  R&D activities

  to enhance naturopathic protocols, therapies, and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain proper documentation, case histories, and progress reports as per NABH guidelines.
• Conduct wellness talks, workshops, and awareness sessions for guests.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and ethical standards in all treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and innovations in naturopathy and holistic wellness.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) from a recognized university.
• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience

  in a reputed naturopathy hospital/center.
• Strong knowledge of holistic wellness practices, therapeutic diets, and yoga.
• Excellent diagnostic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to empathize and build trust with patients/guests.
• Experience in wellness hospitality settings will be an added advantage.
