Job Summary: Rishibhumi Wellness Center invites applications for the position of Senior Naturopathy / Wellness Doctor to lead its holistic health and wellness operations. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, administrative leadership, marketing insight, and the vision to deliver excellence in natural healthcare and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct consultations, diagnose health issues, and prescribe customized naturopathy treatments. Design and implement wellness programs Detox, Rejuvenation, Stress Management, Lifestyle Correction. Supervise day-to-day operations of the wellness center. Integrate with Yoga, Ayurveda, and Spa teams to ensure integrated healing experience. Ensure all therapies and treatments follow clinical and safety standards. Support marketing and business development through wellness insights and health talks. Maintain patient records, progress reports, and audit documentation Participate in retreats, wellness events, and promotional activities. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualified BNYS / MD with minimum 7 -10 years of experience in Naturopathy or Ayurvedic Wellness. Proven ability to manage both clinical and administrative aspects of a wellness center. Strong interpersonal and guest engagement skills. Good communication in English & Hindi. Passionate about holistic living and wellness innovation. Ready to join immediately and relocate to Manali, Himachal Pradesh .
